Choosing a career path is rarely a straight line, especially at the beginning of professional life. Throughout my studies, I deliberately chose to gain experience in different industries, including hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, CSR, and the pharmaceutical sector. Rather than specializing too early, my goal was to explore, observe, and understand what truly motivates me on a daily basis.

Each experience taught me something different. Working in customer-facing roles helped me understand the importance of human relationships, communication, and service quality. My internship in e-commerce introduced me to CSR and responsible business practices, showing how companies can align performance with ethical values. Later, my work-study experience in the pharmaceutical industry allowed me to discover a more structured, process-driven environment and develop strong organizational and coordination skills.

This variety of experiences played a key role in shaping my professional identity. By stepping into different environments, I was able to better identify my strengths, interests, and the type of work culture in which I thrive. According to Harvard Business Review, early career exploration is essential for building long-term professional satisfaction and adaptability (Harvard Business Review - Career Development).

Today, this journey has helped me clarify my direction toward marketing, customer experience, and responsible business, while maintaining a strong curiosity for learning and growth. Exploring different paths was not a lack of focus, it was a way to build one with intention.
