Experiences
My professional experiences have played a key role in shaping my career path and helping me better understand what I want to do in the future. Throughout my studies, I deliberately chose to complete internships and work experiences in different fields, including hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, CSR, and the pharmaceutical industry, in order to explore a wide range of professional environments. Driven by curiosity and a strong desire to learn, these experiences allowed me to discover different roles, develop transferable skills, and refine my interests, particularly in marketing, customer experience, and responsible business practices. This exploration has been essential in helping me identify a career path that aligns with both my skills and personal values.
Tender Management Assistant (Work-Study Program)
October 2024 – August 2025
As part of a work-study program at Merck, a global pharmaceutical company, I was responsible for managing tender processes, particularly the post-submission phase of calls for tenders. My role involved monitoring tender responses, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with procedures, allowing me to develop a strong understanding of complex business processes, organization, and project coordination.

CSR Assistant (Internship)
April – June 2023
During my internship at Eminza, an e-commerce company, I worked as a CSR Assistant. I contributed to the implementation and monitoring of corporate social responsibility initiatives, supporting actions related to sustainability and responsible business practices. This experience strengthened my interest in CSR, ethical marketing, and sustainable development.

Customer Service Assistant
August 2022
I worked as an assistant at a water ski club on Lake Annecy, where I was in charge of welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, and assisting with daily operations. I also participated in snack preparation and service, contributing to a smooth customer experience in a dynamic, tourism-oriented setting.

Front Desk Intern
February 2022
During this internship in the hospitality sector, I worked at the front desk, where I was responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to customer requests. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and a high sense of customer service in a professional environment.
